Holding an Honours Degree in Management from the University of Malta, Roger brings with him a wealth of experience. Working alongside Director & Joint Owner Michael J. Zammit, Roger ensures long term goals for the firm are realised. Specialising in upscale sales and rentals, with an in-depth knowledge of the local Maltese marketplace, Roger ensures resources are efficiently utilised and that the vision is met – a vision founded on the cornerstone of unswerving professional ethics and a strong commitment to meeting clients’ needs. Roger has been involved in the brokering of some of the most valued and unique properties locally – thus artfully uniting extraordinary properties with extraordinary lives. Fluent in English, Maltese, Italian and French and with knowledge of Dutch and German, Roger’s network is highly international.

He is also a graduate from the Institute of Tourism Studies with a Distinction in Hospitality Management and for eight years worked within tourism related businesses with a special emphasis on e-business and public relations. Roger is also highly-skilled in gaming business consultancy – helping online companies set up in Malta make the right choices, understand the licensing and regulatory requirements as well as assist in setting up their respective Malta-based operations – representing various gaming entities internationally. Roger was also elected to the Malta Remote Gaming Council (MRGC) Board (2008-2010 committee) and has chaired various committees on gaming standards. He also holds the position of Director for CSB Trustees & Fiduciaries Limited (a member of the CSB Group).
